20. What type of reports do you have in place?

Tri-Force Security requires its guards to write a report for every shift and incident that occurs. There are typically two types of reports that our static guards write:
  1. A Daily Report Sheet (DRS)
  2. An Incident Report.
In addition, we also type electronic reports via IRIMS 5.0, computer generated reports, and our mobile division writes mobile and alarm response reports by hand or computer. Reports are reviewed and followed-up by the on-duty Supervisor, and are stamped when approved and forwarded to the client. Some reports are left at the client’s site and can also be e-mailed with any accompanied digital photos.

Upon reviewing the report, should the supervisor find missing or misleading information, the supervisor will either order a rewrite or will investigate and write a new and fully detailed report.
