2. What types of security does your company specialize in? Our major area of specialization is corporate security. Though it is not the only area that we provide security services in, it is an area of specialization through which we can portray a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service. Whether our guards work at a shopping mall, a warehouse or a parking lot, we believe that the specialized functions of corporate security enhance, teach, and promote a sense of pride and work ethic in security that we can find nowhere else. <<Back<< 3. <<Back<< 4. Is Tri-Force Security and its employees Licensed, Bonded and Insured? Tri-Force Security demands that all employees be fully licensed and trained before they are allowed to go out into the field and thus conforms to the Private Investigators and Security Agencies Act (PISA). Each employee is issued a photo security license issued by the Ministry of Attorney General, and Tri-Force Security provides an ID card. Both must be present at all times, and both include the security employee’s full name, date of issue, issuer's name, and a signature by the designated manager. Tri-Force Security and its employees have been fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured since our date of incorporation on February 20, 1995. <<Back<< 5. Does your company provide emergency services? Tri-Force Security provides various emergency services, from fire watch, to emergency mobile and guard services, to emergency alarm responses. Our Human Resources Department has a pool of fully trained employees from which to provide immediate emergency services. <<Back<< 6. Does your company provide private investigation services? Unfortunately, we are not a licensed private investigations firm. However, we do have close affiliations with some professional investigation firms and are able to make recommendations should the need arise. Our company does have experience in, and can therefore provide, internal investigations. <<Back<< 7. Do you provide security or access control systems? Unfortunately, we do not have a licensed technician to provide these services. However, we do have close affiliations with some firms that provide these services. <<Back<< 8. Do you provide K-9 services? Unfortunately, we do not provide K-9 services. However, we do have close affiliations with some firms that provide these services. <<Back<< 9. How does your company keep updated in crime prevention methods? We keep updated by keeping current with police agencies, reading security related materials, attending association meetings, as well as keeping in contact with other professional affiliations. <<Back<< 10. What are the average response times for an alarm response? The average response time for our guard’s arrival following the sounding of an alarm is between 10 – 30 minutes. Response time may vary depending on traffic, weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances. <<Back<< 11. How are your service rates determined? Our service rates are carefully determined by the number of hours worked per day, per week, per year, the number of security guards and/or supervisors needed, the duties involved, additional training requirements (for example, is first aid level 2 required?), the term of the contract, and a fair wage scale for the potential employee(s). All this info is entered into our computer program which determines the billable hourly rates and weekly, monthly, and annual totals. <<Back<< 12. What makes your company different from other security agencies? Our quality of service as well as our careful attention to details makes us different. In addition, we have an excellent support staff to respond to our clients' needs and resolve any of our clients' concerns in a timely manner. <<Back<< 13.
